JV Titans defeat Homestead
The Titans JV Volleyball team hosted the Homestead Mustangs on Thursday, and beat them in two games.
The Titans came out strong in the first game, and played consistently well en route to a 25-14 win.
The second game was back and forth for a while, until the Titans settled down and won 25-20.
Adrienne Thom led the offense with 8 kills, and Molly McAdam added 7 kills in the win. Thom also led the defense with 12 digs, followed by Sam Donat with 8 digs and Galen Hartwell with 7 digs. Sigrunn Sky contributed 2 solo blocks for the Titans, while Alyn Shen added 15 assists, and Nitika Johri had 7 assists.
The JV Titans rise to 7-3 in league, 20-8 overall. Titans Volleyball returns to action on Tuesday, November 3rd as they travel to play the Wildcats of Los Gatos.
